Most people run the important parts of their life and work across a patchwork: a spreadsheet here, three apps there, a notes file, a folder of bookmarks. None of it talks to anything else, so they become the glue.
Tessel started with exactly that problem. Co-founder Ezekiel was tracking his training, nutrition, meal plans and shopping across five apps and an Excel sheet. Each was good at its own lane. None of them knew the others existed. So he built the tool he actually needed: one where a hard week of training changes what you eat, what you buy and what you train next, with the reasons shown.
That idea became our first app, and the way we build everything.
